- Renovation for Warren County to the “County Home” located at the Warren Haven Complex. We will be moving the entire Health Department into the existing structure taking up all of the 11,000 s.f. of space available.
- Architectural drawings for the Warren County Community College addition – a 20,000 s.f., 2 ½ story building that will contain 7 classrooms, one multi-purpose room, one medical lab, two science labs and prep space, storage, toilet facilities and stair towers, all being accessed from the existing building on both floors.
- New wing addition to the Hope Hall building at Little Hill Foundation in Hardwick N.J. A 27,000 s.f. rehab center that contains 28 beds, cafeteria, offices, a full use multi-purpose room, nurse’s station, and full two level kitchen. Approx. 3.5 million budget. We are also in the last stages of renovation construction of a 12 story apartment building in East Orange, N.J. with a total of 147 units, and a grand total of 150,000 s.f.
- Architectural design for a three story, 7000 s.f. multipurpose addition for work out and instructional use at the West Morris YMCA in Randolph, N.J. At the other end of the building, we will install a new instructional 5000 s.f. pool facility, and renovation to the existing whirlpool area. All of this work must be designed to accommodate the owners need to have a fully operational facility, open 16 hours a day. This is our 6th project for this client.
