Reconstructed Residential Home

Located in New Jersey, the original house was an 867 square foot cottage that was a single bedroom, what would be considered today as a studio dwelling structure. Our office worked with The Gomes Group to provide the owners with a revised living space of 1,367 square feet, and a loft space of 380 square feet. Our design gave the owners a full master suite on the first floor, with more open space and views of the existing stream that runs through the property. We had the ability to provide a partial open loft space, a separate office space, and a bathroom. The Gomes Group worked with us to overcome several issues, and delivered a grand finished product to the owners. We are grateful to have been a part of this project.
