Double The Square Footage, Triple The Curb Appeal

We turned this existing single-story ranch into a beautiful 2 story cottage style home. Working with the homeowner, we completely reconfigured and tailored the layout to their liking. Utilizing the same footprint, we added a second floor and doubled the already existing 1,661 square feet! We were very happy with the result of this renovation. The homeowner now has 3,322 square feet of living space.
